Experience: Aurélio advises clients in antitrust investigations and merger review cases before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). His expertise also comprises preventive counseling on commercial practices and developing of antitrust and corporate integrity compliance programs. Aurélio advises clients on market regulation issues as well as international trade matters, especially when related to commercial defense. Aurélio is also specialized in Litigation and Arbitration.
