Experience: Victoria advises clients in antitrust investigations and merger review cases before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). Her expertise also comprises counseling on developing of antitrust and corporate integrity compliance programs. Victoria also advises clients on administrative and regulatory matters, and on public bids and administrative contracts matters.
