Experience: Isabel has practice in strategic civil litigation, covering issues related to technology, consumers, competition, and environment. Collaborates with businesses in the energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, agricultural, and technology sectors. Provides clients with advice in civil inquiry in course before the State and Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office in order to align Conduct Adjustment Terms. Also, in the pre-litigation phase, conducts risk analysis combined with contribution to the definition of cooperative and litigious strategies.
Education: LL.B., Law School of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie; Speciabilization in Competition, Antitrust and Regulatory Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP.
