Experience: Pedrinelli represents local and international clients before the Administrative Council for the Defense of Competition (CADE), including merger control and filings, invesgation on anticompetitive practices, including cartels and unilateral conducts, and negotiating agreements with authorities (leniency and settlement agreements). He has experience in advising domestic and foreign clients from all industry sectors in competition and international trde matters, especially regarding antidumping investigations and public interest matters.
