Practice areas: Competition and Compliance.

Experience: Priscila Foureaux focuses her practice on representing clients before the Administrative Council of Economic Defense – CADE in administrative proceedings to investigate anticompetitive conducts and in merger review cases. Priscila also provides preventive counselling concerning antitrust impacts of business practices and the duty to file transactions to CADE, as well as advises clients in the development of antitrust compliance policies.

Education: LL.B., Law School of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Post-Graduate Degree in Compliance and Corporate Integrity, Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUCMINAS) - in progress.
