Experience: Mariana Castro focuses her practice on representing clients before the Administrative Council of Economic Defense – CADE in administrative proceedings to investigate anticompetitive conducts, such as cartels and abuse of dominant position, and in merger review cases. Mariana Castro also provides legal advice on the antitrust impacts of business practices and the duty to file transactions to CADE, as well as provides assessments on antitrust compliance policies.
